How do tokens work?
Tokens power AI actions (recalls, notes, marketing, messages). Buy a pack once (Starter 500/$29, Popular 2,000/$89, Pro 6,000/$199); your whole team draws from one balance. No per-seat fees, and one balance works across every AgenTeam5 product.
How do payments work?
Securely through Polar, our merchant of record — they handle the card and tax/VAT. Tokens you buy never expire.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, daily encrypted backups. Your data and your clients' data are yours — export or delete anytime. See the Privacy Policy.
How accurate is the AI?
AI outputs are high-quality drafts in your brand voice — always yours to review before sending. They're assistance, not professional advice.
Can I cancel?
There's nothing to cancel — no subscription. You only ever pay for token packs you choose to buy.
