Sub-processors
Wagvio (a product of AgenTeam5) uses the following sub-processors to deliver the service. Each is bound by its own data-protection terms; we share only the data needed for the stated purpose. We update this list when it changes.

| Resend | Transactional & notification email delivery (verification, reminders, messages). | Recipient email address and message content. |
| Anthropic (via Vercel AI Gateway) | AI model inference for assisted drafting features. | The text you submit to an AI feature, for that request only. |
| Polar | Merchant-of-record payment processing for token purchases. | Billing/contact details handled by the processor; we do not store card numbers. |
SMS
We deliberately use no SMS provider. All messaging happens by email and through secure in-app chat — never text message.
